For this reason, the journal is expected to contribute constructively and comprehensively to the enlightenment of Islamic knowledge. This journal is published in two editions every year, in April and October.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>AL-Jauhari</strong> scientific journals invite scholars from all backgrounds related to Islamic studies to publish their articles. Articles received in the al-Jauhari Journal are not limited to research reports but also conceptual ideas and book reviews. Manuscript sent can be written in English or Arabic. Among its provisions is that it must be implemented in accordance with religious norms, including through fatwas. The fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) is widely used as a reference by the Indonesian people because of its status as a government organization, the fatwa of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and the fatwa of Muhammadiyah is also the same because the the two largest religious institutions in Indonesia. This article aims to discover the reality of breast milk donation in Indonesia and analyze the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Muhammadiyah on the permissibility of breast milk donation. The author uses a literature study method presented descriptively analytically of the fatwa content and <em>istinbath</em> used. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this study is library research. The results of this study are among the factors that influenced the emergence of Andalusian literary criticism the rivalry of Eastern people with Andalusian populations, rivalry between fellow literati, criticism sourced from Eastern people, and Arab and Islamic tendencies. The trend of Andalusian literary criticism is still similar to criticism in the East. The Andalusian forms of criticism are language criticism and correction of poetry texts, text analysis and criticism of meaning, comparative literature, <em>manhaji</em> criticism: defense of Andalusian literature, moral criticism: poetry and religion, interpretation of emotions of literary works and their criticism. Various opinions about the man who pioneered literary criticism in Andalusia. The first opinion was pioneered by 'Uthman bin Rabi'ah and 'Ubādah bin Ma' Al-Sama'. Second was Qāsim ibn Nuṣair. This type of research is qualitative with a naturalistic approach. The results showed that the principal's strategy in implementing the independent learning curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo is that the principal prepares a plan for implementing the independent curriculum through meetings with teachers, the principal sends teachers to training in the form of technical guidance, webinars, seminars related to the implementation of the independent curriculum, the principal fosters teachers and students intensely, the principal builds cooperation with student parent partners. The obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum are that some teachers and students are less familiar with operating application platforms, not all teachers and students use smartphones, some teachers are elderly, school facilities are still limited, and not all parents supervise children at home in learning. Researchers use development research or Research and Development (R&D). The research design uses the ADDIE instructional model as a teaching process including several stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the research on the feasibility of teaching materials based on material experts, have been categorized as feasible from the assessment of material experts obtained 90% classified as very valid, which can be used as teaching materials. Meanwhile, the feasibility of teaching materials based on teaching material experts obtained 75% is quite valid, which can be used as teaching material during the teaching and learning process. Then, supported by the feasibility of teaching materials based on student assessment, it is classified as adequate or feasible to use, it can be seen based on the percentage obtained by the answer "yes" 90%. Furthermore, mind mapping-based PAI teaching materials are uploaded via the YouTube platform so that students can access them without being limited by time and place. Thus, it can facilitate students in learning PAI material to perfect religion through Hajj and Umrah and can increase student learning motivation. The purpose of this article is to analyse the management function in the management of independent learning curriculum learning in public schools. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results show that management functions can be distilled into three main functions, namely planning, implementation, and supervision. The stages of curriculum implementation: (1) Programme development, including annual, semester or quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily programs. In addition, there is also a guidance and counseling program or remedial program; (2) Implementation of learning. This article aims to examine the challenges and opportunities of Islamic theology which is expected to be able to provide alternative solutions to every problem faced by society. In answering these problems, the method used is qualitative with a content analysis approach. The results show that the solution offered by Islamic theology is not an easy thing because globalization spoils people with various literatures without a filter that is in line and not in line with Islam. in this case, it requires the ability to: (1) examine religious texts with various methods that are relevant to the current context; (2) inclusive and holistic religious education; (3) enrich religious publications and research; (4) collaborate and extensive networks between theologians; and (5) open and inclusive dialogue in every religious problem.</p>2023-12-03T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 Muh Rusli
