Al-Ulum https://journal.iaingorontalo.ac.id/index.php/au <p><strong>Al-Ulum (</strong>P- ISSN 1412-0534 and E-ISSN 2442-8213) is a biannual peer-reviewed journal published in June and December by Lembaga Penelitian &amp; Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) of the Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Sultan Amai, Gorontalo - Indonesia.</p> <p><strong>Al-Ulum </strong>focuses on Islamic Studies in broad context with regards but not limited to education, jurisprudence, philosophy and thought, economics, politics, and local wisdom.</p> <p>The language used in this journal are Indonesian, English and Arabic.</p> <p><strong>Al-Ulum </strong> is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the <a href="https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">BOAI</a> (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition of open access.</p> <p>With the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5mTamloGQBtRmxDTnNaRU1POWFKSnpYaUxlZ1QxOVZSSTE0/view?usp=sharing&amp;resourcekey=0-tOAkn9TKzfPVuDIlc_PTyA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">No. 53/DIKTI/Kep/2013 for 2013–2018</a>, Al-Ulum received its first accreditation in print from the Ministry of National Education. The study in this research is qualitative by using the literature method. Literature is taken from books, journals and others related to technological issues and student learning outcomes in the information age. The data obtained were analyzed and searched according to the problems in this study. The results of the study show that learning that utilizes digital applications can improve student learning outcomes. The teachers' role in solving learning activity problems during education disruption was essential. So, the expected learning outcomes can be achieved as optimally as possible. We have searched for data on book application sources and other scientific works that can be used to answer research problems. As for the review, we have analyzed the data involving data coding, interpretation, evaluating, and making conclusions to find these findings relevant to validity and reliability. After conducting an in-depth study and discussion, we finally have informed several points, including the technology approach; teachers are dominant and play a key role in implementing learning during the policy of closing schools but opening small classes remotely. This quantitative research uses an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were teachers at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools throughout Metro City, totaling 70 teachers as the sample. Findings in this article The study results show a </em><em>positive </em><em>influence between </em><em>the Leadership </em><em>of the school principal and </em><em>the school committee's role in implementing school-based management in Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools in Metro Lampung City, which is equal to </em><em>33.9 %. </em><em>This is based </em><em>on the calculation of the regression equation, which illustrates that the simultaneous increase in </em><em>the school principal's leadership </em><em>score and </em><em>the school committee role score </em><em>tends to be followed by an increase in </em><em>the school-based management implementation score </em><em>so that quantitatively if the </em><em>two </em><em>independent variables are linked together to the dependent variable, then the principal</em><em>'s Leadership </em><em>contributes 0.4 </em><em>84</em><em>.
