Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pendidikan agama Islam yang umumnya hanya menekankan nilai spiritual dapat turut serta mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui literatur, buku, jurnal, dan artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara konsep kesehatan mental dan pendidikan agama Islam berpotensi menciptakan keseimbangan antara aspek spiritual dan psikologis siswa, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Syubbanul Wathon Junior High School Tegalrejo Magelang faces this challenge with increasing cases of bullying, both physically and verbally. This study aims to resolve conflicts due to bullying based on Mitchell’s conflict management theory, with the main stages: recognition, analysis, decision making, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the resolution strategies implemented include strict supervision, guidance and counseling, socialization of the dangers of bullying, and mediation between the parties involved. The resolution process involves various parties, including BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents, with a mediation and education-based approach. This approach has proven effective in reducing bullying rates and creating a more conducive school environment. Guru-guru mengakui adanya kebingungan saat implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Terdapat sekitar 40% guru yang belum sepenuhnya memahami tujuan, filosofi, dan metodologi Kurikulum Merdeka. Karena jumlah buku referensi yang sangat terbatas, guru menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyusun materi pelajaran untuk modul ajar. Selain itu, banyak guru yang tidak memahami konsep kurikulum belajar mandiri, sehingga proses pembelajaran tetap berpusat pada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan keterkaitan antara persepsi dan kesiapan dengan kinerja guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru SMAN Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 247 dengan sampel berjumlah 151 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan di analisis dengan uji prasyarat, korelasi bivariate pearson dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi guru dengan kinerja guru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05 dan besar hubungannya yaitu hubungan yang cukup dengan nilai pearson correlation 0.428. Di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Bukittinggi, ada korelasi antara kesiapan guru dan kinerja mereka dalam menerapkan Kurikulum merdeka yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig uji korelasi bivariate person 0.000 < 0.05 dan besar hubungannya yaitu hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai pearosn correlation sebesar 0.693. In addition, this study also explores supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing strategies, including a SWOT analysis that includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the school. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with an observation approach, interviews, and analysis of school documents. Data were obtained from various sources, including the principal, teachers, school committee, and strategic planning documents. The results of the study indicate that the strategic planning of SD Negeri 7 Talang Ubi has been designed systematically through the evaluation of the vision and mission, preparation of medium and long-term plans, and implementation of periodic monitoring and evaluation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan metode <em>Small Group Discussion</em> di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak telah berkontribusi positif dalam membentuk kemampuan <em>critical thinking</em> dan <em>communication</em> <em>skills</em> siswa, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan. Guru telah merancang pembelajaran berbasis kolaborasi, namun tujuan yang kurang spesifik dan panduan diskusi yang belum terstruktur menjadi hambatan. Metode ini meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi masalah dan menyampaikan pendapat, tetapi partisipasi sering terhambat oleh dominasi siswa tertentu dan dinamika diskusi yang tidak merata. Evaluasi menunjukkan kemajuan dalam analisis informasi dan penyampaian ide, meskipun keterampilan mendengarkan aktif dan pola pikir logis masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, minimnya teknologi, dan rendahnya kepercayaan diri siswa dapat diatasi dengan pelatihan intensif, media pembelajaran inovatif, dan integrasi tugas kelompok. One approach that can be applied is through effective school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in PAI learning at SMP Bukit Asam. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of technology in learning and the media literacy program through "Dear Time" has succeeded in improving the quality of students' understanding of PAI material, although there are still some obstacles in terms of technology access and students' understanding of the use of digital media. Using a qualitative approach with the type of case study, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis.</em></p> <p><em>The results show that leaders with high managerial effectiveness are able to manage their own potential and resources, improve teacher skills, adapt to changes in the environment, and implement flexible and adaptive leadership strategies. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of developing the capacity of leaders in the management of educational institutions and implementing innovative strategies to overcome existing challenges. The proposed suggestions include the need for ongoing training and professional development programs for leaders and teachers to improve the efficacy and quality of education in institutions. This research aims to explore how AI is used in PAI learning, the challenges faced in its implementation, and its impact on students' religious understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and descriptive analysis of various studies and practices that have been implemented in technology-based Islamic education. The research results show that AI can provide a more interactive, adaptive, and personalized learning experience according to students' needs. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as dependence on technology, lack of understanding of ethics in the use of AI, and limitations in adapting learning content to Islamic values. Although there are positive impacts such as the increased understanding of religious concepts through interactive media, we must also be wary of the risk of reduced direct interaction between teachers and students. This can affect the affective aspect of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Digitalization not only has an impact on the way information is delivered but also on the paradigm in education fundamentally. This study uses qualitative research with a literature review approach by collecting data from various valid and relevant academic sources. The analysis technique used in qualitative literature review research is theme analysis by grouping the findings into major topics that can describe the data patterns obtained. Technological developments present challenges in the form of obstacles to infrastructure and resources, inadequate digital skills and literacy of educators, and gaps between policy formulation and technology implementation in schools. Opportunities that can be utilized are improving the standards and effectiveness of the learning process, improving the technical digital competence of teachers in the field and strategic synergy between policies and technology implementation. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Adapun desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>Quasi Eksperimen Design </em>(eksperimen semu) bentuk <em>non equivalent</em> <em>control group design</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan Uji <em>Independent Sample T-test </em>diperoleh nilai <em>Sig. (2-tailed)</em> sebesar 0.158 maka diambil keputusan bahwa (0.158 > 0.05). Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran <em>Think Pair Share </em>(TPS) dengan hasil belajar peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran <em>Team Games Tournament </em>(TGT) pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits dengan perolehan rata-rata <em>post-test</em> kelas eksperimen 2 VII.3 sebesar 89.06 dan rata-rata <em>post-test</em> kelas eksperimen 1 VII.4 sebesar 89.06. The survey results showed that the implementation of the IMTAQ Program contributed to improving students' discipline, responsibility, and social attitudes. However, there are challenges in implementing the program, such as limited facilities and infrastructure and the need to increase parental and community involvement. This study aims to explain the history and background of the importance of planning in the world of education, as well as the factors that encourage the need for adaptive educational planning that is relevant to the development of the times. Educational planning is not only about formulating goals and strategies, but also includes an understanding of social, economic, political, and technological developments. Over the course of history, educational planning has evolved from being simple in early civilizations to becoming a structured and complex system. Various theories and approaches in educational planning have also changed to adapt to the demands of globalization and technological advances. This article reviews various perspectives from experts and emphasizes the importance of understanding the historical context in designing effective educational planning. Thus, mature educational planning can support the achievement of better educational goals, as well as ensure inclusive and sustainable education in the future. Google Earth, a digital mapping application based on satellite imagery and geospatial data, offers an innovative approach to address this need. This study aims to examineimplementation and advantages of Google Earth as a contextual learning medium in geography education through a systematic literature review. The analysis reveals that Google Earth significantly enhances students’ comprehension of key geographical concepts, including absolute and relative location, spatial distribution, spatial interaction, and regional dynamics, through 3D visualizations and geospatial data exploration. Furthermore, its integration supports project-based and inquiry-based learning models aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum. However, several challenges hinder its implementation, such as limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among educators and learners, and various technical issues.
