<p><em>Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses dan pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan tinggi bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya bagi mereka yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Upaya pencegahan korupsi dan peningkatan akuntabilitas serta transparansi menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaan dana KIP Kuliah. Kerjasama antara perguruan tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan, dan Kementerian Keuangan juga diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan program. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program ini meliputi perbedaan sistem informasi dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, yang memerlukan upaya harmonisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas. Dengan data yang akurat dan sistem pengawasan yang efektif, diharapkan KIP Kuliah dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara objektif dan professional judgement penulis dengan menggunakan data penggunaan KIP-K tahun anggaran 2023. Sampel penelitian dilakukan terhadap 20 Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Negeri (PTKN) yang diambil secara acak (random). Penelitian mengungkap Ketersediaan Anggaran, jumlah Penerima KIP Kuliah, alokasikan kuota khusus untuk mahasiswa yang berasal dari daerah 3T, hasil penelitian pada 5 (lima) unit eselon satu Kemenag, manfaat Dana KIP-K, Dampak KIP Kuliah terhadap peningkatan prestasi penerima bantuan, permasalahan pada pelaksanaan program KIP-K, keberhasilan dari program KIP-K, penelitian kenaikan IPK penerima dan survei Kepuasan Program.</em></p>Purnomo Mulyosaputro

<p>The Orthography of Arab Pegon in Gorontalo is very important to study, but it has not yet been integrated into the curriculum based on local cultural wisdom. This research aims to answer three questions: (1) How is the analysis of students' needs related to difficulties in learning Arab Pegon Orthography in the context of local wisdom? (2) How is the evaluation of educational institutions' readiness to implement Arab Pegon Orthography in a curriculum based on local wisdom? (3) What are the strategic recommendations for integrating Arab Pegon Orthography into the curriculum of educational institutions in Gorontalo? The research method uses a mixed approach, with data collected through surveys, interviews, and observations. The sample consists of 50 students, 20 teachers, and 5 managers of pesantren in Gorontalo. The results of the study show that the evaluation data on the difficulties of teaching Arab Pegon Orthography in Gorontalo are not normally distributed, necessitating non-parametric statistical methods through the Kruskal-Wallis test, which indicates no significant differences among the indicators of Fluency, Pronunciation, Writing, and Comprehension, suggesting that the performance among groups is relatively similar. The Mann-Whitney U Test comparison shows that Hubulo excels if there are significant differences. The evaluation of institutional readiness shows that 60% have adequate infrastructure, while 40% need improvement and 60% of institutions have competent teachers. Strategic recommendations include (1) curriculum integration with local wisdom, (2) regular training for teachers, (3) partnerships with higher education institutions, and (4) the use of technology in learning, aimed at addressing challenges and enhancing students' love for reading, writing, and understanding the Orthography of Arab Pegon in Gorontalo.</p>Ibnu Rawandhy N. <p><em>dan solusi yang diberikan dari kondisi tersebut di MTs se-Kota Gorontalo selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survei dengan teknik Cross Sectional Survey, dengan jumlah populasi yakni 3250 peserta didik dengan rumus sample slovin didapatkan sampel responden sebanyak 356 peserta didik yang tersebar secara proporsional di 9 Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Gorontalo. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terlebih dahulu dilakukan validasi oleh ahli. Teknik analisis data digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melihat presentase dari setiap pilihan opsi jawaban dari 42 item kuesioner. Analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan hasil temuan kuantitatif serta hasil temuan solusi dari permaslahan learning loss. Hasil Penelitian yaitu telah terjadi gejala learning loss peserta didik di MTs se-kota Gorontalo akibat dari system pembelajaran selama masa pandemic covid-19, diantaranya adalah kurangnya waktu belajar efektif bagi peserta didik, kurangnya intensitas interaksi guru dan peserta didik, terjadi penurunan konsentrasi belajar, terjadi kesulitan pemahaman terhadap pelajaran, kurangnya dukungan madrasah terhadap sumber belajar peserta didik, pembelajaran daring sangat banyak kekurangan, kurangnya pemerolehan pelajaran tambahan di luar pembelajaran madrasah, turunnya pemahaman pembelajaran terhadap semua pmata pelajaran, kurangnya bantuan/pendampingan serta motivasi belajar dari orangtua. <p><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program literasi pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMAN 1 Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung dan dampaknya terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Literasi berperan penting dalam membangun keterampilan membaca, berpikir kritis, dan menulis yang relevan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan pembentukan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi berbasis tahapan pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran telah berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan literasi, motivasi belajar, dan pemahaman konsep-konsep agama siswa. Strategi seperti kegiatan membaca tambahan, ceramah berbasis literasi, dan evaluasi berbasis membaca mampu mendorong keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi sebagai landasan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai moral siswa. <p>The challenge in promoting religion moderation values is going to be very complex in this recent era, due to many violences happened in schools in the form of verbal, psychological, or physical. However, madrasah (Islamic school) as an educational institution which always struggle to minimalize the deviant behaviors as the result of the lack of tolerance, equality, diversity, and the others. Therefore, this study aimed to reveal the strategy of the inculcation of religion moderation values in private Islamic senior high schools (private madrasah aliyah) in Gorontalo. Furthermore, the qualitative research method was used to study the strategies implemented by five private Islamic senior high schools in Gorontalo in inculcating various moderation values. This study aimed to show that the model of the inculcation of religion moderation values consisted of some models namely introduction model, habituation model, exemplary model, and the inculcation of the values in the school environment. Even there was a similarity in the inculcation of those values, the school (madrasah) also had the differences supported by some backgrounds such as environment, school organization, facility, human resource, activity, and the others. Therefore, this study concluded that the strategy implemented referring to the structural model. However, the differences of the structural model reflected to the different culture or rules which indicated that the strategy of the inculcation of religion moderation values used the structural model based on the local culture of the madrasah.</p>Said Subhan PosangiDamhuri

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pendidikan islam berdasarkan Kisah Nabi MusaAS dan Nabi KhidirAS dalam Surat Al-Kahfi Ayat 60-82. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan library research dimana utamanya sumber penelitian berasal dari buku, skripsi atau thesis terdahulu dan artikel laporan terdahulu. Nantinya, dalam penfasirkan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitik menggunakan tematik Maudhu’I yang berfokus pada pengkajian masalah secara runtut dari ayat 60 hingga ke 82 secara urut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dalam proses pendidikan, pemilihan metode yang tepat oleh pendidik sangat penting. <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>The main objective of this study is to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah program in improving students' <em>soft skills</em>. The program is targeted to develop students' communication, collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills through a technology-based approach. The focus on this objective is grounded in the fact that in the digital era, <em>soft skills </em>play a key role in one's academic and professional success. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze the management of the Digital Madrasah Program. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the madrasah principal, teachers, and students, and curriculum documentation. Descriptive analysis was used to describe the main elements of the program, including objectives, implementation, and outcomes. The findings are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of digital-based soft skills development and practical recommendations for other madrasahs. The results of this study show meaningful outcomes in the development of students' soft skills, especially communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through technology. The program increased students' confidence in online communication and digital presentation, and strengthened collaboration through technology-based projects. The development of critical thinking skills is also encouraged through the utilization of digital tools to solve complex challenges. The findings are in line with constructivism and self-efficacy theories that emphasize learning through experience and social interaction. <p><em>Kurikulum PAI di berbagai jenjang pendidikan sering kali dikritik karena kurang menekankan pada aspek yang relevan dengan kehidupan kontemporer. Pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar dan Menengah, kurikulum lebih fokus pada hafalan materi-materi keagamaan dan ritual, sementara kurang menekankan pada pemahaman nilai-nilai universal Islam seperti toleransi, etika sosial, dan isu-isu global. Di Perguruan Tinggi, PAI terkadang dianggap terlalu teoretis dan kurang aplikatif dalam menghadapi problematika kehidupan mahasiswa di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sorotan dan kritik Pengelolaan Pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah dan Perguruan Tinggi beserta Alternatif solusinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk kajian pustaka. Sorotan dan kritik terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ialah mengacu pada pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih menerapkan pendidikan konvensional dimana pembelajaran masih klasikal, kurangnya kemajuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik yang rendah. <p>This study aims to explore the epistemological understanding of science and PAI teachers at MTsN 1 Serang in integrating science and religion. Using a qualitative approach of phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results revealed that PAI teachers tend to use a deductive approach, with revelation as the main foundation in building learning, while science teachers adopt an inductive approach to connect scientific facts with religious values. Both approaches have advantages, but the integration of science and religion in madrasah still faces various challenges, especially related to curriculum support, limited facilities, and low training for teachers in the application of integrative methods. This research provides theoretical contributions in enriching the literature related to the integration of science and religion, as well as practical contributions in the form of recommendations for the development of integration-based education policies. The findings emphasise the importance of curriculum development that supports the integrative approach as well as the provision of adequate facilities and training. With these implications, the research is expected to contribute to the creation of a young generation that not only has broad scientific insights, but also a solid religious character, so as to be able to answer increasingly complex global challenges.</p>Elis Karwati Sri MulyaniMulyawan Safwandy Nugraha

<p><em>The main objective of this research is to analyze and evaluate the innovative approaches applied in improving school-based quality management at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in depth the application of innovative approaches in improving school-based quality management at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. The case study was chosen to contextually understand the specific dynamics that occur in this school, focusing on innovative management practices. The results of this study show that SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak implements an innovative and adaptive school-based quality management model by involving all stakeholders in decision-making. Although the use of technology in learning provides benefits, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teacher skills still exist. The principal's visionary leadership and community support are supporting factors while resistance to change and limited resources are barriers.
