Pengaruh Sistem Tirani Dalam Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja dan Loyalitas Anggota : Kepercayaan pada Pemimpin Sebagai Variabel Intervening

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan Tirani terhadap Kepercayaan Pimpinan, Kinerja, dan Loyalitas, serta mengevaluasi peran mediasi Kepercayaan Pimpinan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi anggota Polri dan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Tirani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pimpinan dan Loyalitas, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan dengan efek kecil terhadap Kinerja. Sebaliknya, Kepercayaan Pimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan besar terhadap Kinerja dan Loyalitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepercayaan sebagai elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan loyalitas bawahan, serta menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tirani kurang efektif dalam menciptakan hubungan kerja yang produktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Polri untuk menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan berbasis kepercayaan dengan fokus pada komunikasi yang transparan, konsistensi, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang adil dan mendukung.
