KEPEMIMPINAN INOVATIF KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENGINISIASI PROGRAM VOKASI KONTEKSTUAL STUDI KASUS PROGRAM BARBERSHOP DI MAN 1 KABUPATEN GORONTALO

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik kepemimpinan inovatif kepala madrasah dalam menginisiasi program pendidikan vokasional kontekstual melalui program Barbershop di MAN 1 Kabupaten Gorontalo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala madrasah ditandai oleh visi yang adaptif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis nilai, yang mampu merespons kebutuhan nyata siswa serta menciptakan pembelajaran vokasional yang relevan dengan konteks sosial dan ekonomi lokal. Program Barbershop menjadi bentuk inovasi pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan teknis, tanggung jawab sosial, dan nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah dan kerja ikhlas. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengenalan konsep contextual vocational leadership, yaitu model kepemimpinan yang menggabungkan kepekaan konteks, kolaborasi, dan nilai moral dalam pengelolaan pendidikan vokasional di madrasah. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi pemimpin pendidikan Islam dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program vokasional berbasis konteks lokal dan karakter peserta didik.
