DIGITAL LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, AND EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION: A MULTILEVEL ANALYSIS OF UNIVERSITY PERFORMANCE IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Abstrak

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam manajemen pendidikan tinggi, khususnya dalam aspek kepemimpinan, pembelajaran organisasi, dan inovasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership dan organizational learning terhadap educational innovation serta implikasinya terhadap university performance melalui pendekatan multilevel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori, melibatkan 178 responden yang terdiri dari dosen dan tenaga kependidikan di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0 serta didukung analisis multilevel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational learning (β = 0,66; t = 8,12; p < 0,001), organizational learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap educational innovation (β = 0,59; t = 7,45; p < 0,001), dan educational innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap university performance (β = 0,63; t = 8,01; p < 0,001). Selain itu, educational innovation terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara digital leadership dan kinerja institusi (β = 0,40; t = 6,32; p < 0,001). Hasil analisis multilevel menunjukkan nilai ICC sebesar 0,19–0,23 yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan antar level organisasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital dalam pendidikan tinggi memerlukan integrasi kepemimpinan digital, pembelajaran organisasi, dan inovasi pendidikan secara sistemik untuk meningkatkan kinerja institusi
