Character education based on entrepreneurship has become an urgent need in the era of globalization, including within Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). This study aims to analyze the management of entrepreneurship character education at Pondok Pesantren Putri 1 Al-Amien Prenduan using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) analysis technique. The research problem focuses on how the processes of planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision are applied to shape the entrepreneurial character of the students (santri). This study employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, involving in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings show that planning has been carried out through the integration of a skills-based curriculum since 1999, although external partnerships remain limited. Organizing involves the caregivers, school principals, teachers, and students, but a specific entrepreneurship management unit has not yet been established. Program implementation has been practiced through business units such as livestock farming, waste processing, and skills workshops, although marketing beyond the pesantren environment still faces challenges. Supervision is conducted through practice-based evaluations, business proposals, and assessments of students’ attitudes, yet monitoring of alumni sustainability after graduation still needs improvement. The study concludes that the application of POAC management has strengthened entrepreneurship character education in pesantren, although further development is needed in terms of external collaboration, establishing a dedicated organizational structure, and strengthening alumni evaluation systems
