Peningkatan Minat Belajar Siswa MTs Raudlatul Ulum Melalui Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Wordwall pada Mata Pelajaran Al Qur'an Hadits

Abstrak

Low student interest in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith at Madrasah Tsanawiyah requires innovative technology-based learning media. This study aims to describe the initial condition of students' learning interest, the implementation process, and the impact of using Wordwall as a game-based learning platform on students' learning interest. A qualitative approach with a single case study design was employed at MTs Raudlatul Ulum, Panti, Jember, involving seventh-grade students, a subject teacher, and a student representative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and triangulation. The findings show that prior to the intervention, learning was dominated by a one-way approach, resulting in student passivity and low enthusiasm. Wordwall activities using Smart TV, quizzes, and matching games increased students' attention, interest, active involvement, and positive emotional responses. These findings indicate Wordwall's potential as an innovative medium for increasing learning interest in religious education at madrasah.
